Meet the Founder

Antonio J. "AJ" López is an executive coach, leadership speaker, author, and former executive.

He has more than 19 years of experience across nonprofit, education, workforce development,

and private-sector organizations. His foundation includes eight years of military service,

doctoral studies in management and organizational leadership, a Master's in Public

Administration, and certification as a professional coach. AJ has coached and trained

leaders and partnered with more than 30 organizations.

Leadership is a mindset, not a title. The best leaders know their values, see their blind spots, and hold high standards without losing their humanity. We lead with honesty. We tell you the truth, even when the truth is hard to hear, and we do so with care.

The Trailblazer Track

The Empowered Leader Trailblazer Track is our signature nine-week program for leaders ready to grow with focus and support. You complete nine online modules and meet one-on-one with AJ every week. The program serves emerging leaders, leaders who feel stuck, leaders building or joining a new team, and leaders going through major change.

• Above It All: feedback, delegation, execution, and sustainable habits
